What type of files do you accept for artwork? 

The artwork you provide us is a major part in making sure your art turns out perfectly. Take our professional advice when it comes to art. We prefer: .eps, .pdf, .cdr, .psd, .ai files. Please note that artwork with any one of these file extensions does not mean that it’s ready for production.

Are there any setup/digitizing fees? 

There is a one-time digitizing fee. We take the time to properly make your art ready for production.

How much does it cost to recreate a design for embroidery/print? 

Average cost is $20 per location, but it all depends on details. We will be able to quote you ahead of time of any art fees. We do this for a living and we know what works best. 

How long will it take to get my garments? 

Turnaround is usually 5-6 business days, and your timeline will depend on the size and complexity of the design. We can accommodate orders sooner – let us know ahead of time so we can see what works best.

What brands do you carry?

We have everything. We offer Bella+Canvas, Tultex, Anvil, A4, Augusta, Next Level, and Gildan for simple jobs. We also accept garments supplied by customers if they meet our standards for quality production. 

Do you have speciality garments? 

Yes, we work with streetwear brands to source quality garments from our network of cut and sew providers.

Can I order just 1 Shirt for screen printing? 

Our mimimum order is 24 pieces of the exact same design in the same color. You can pick any garments you want within that 24 as long as the print stays the same.

If I order 50 shirts for screen printing and then need a few more, can you fill my order? 

As soon as we tear your job down, the minimum goes back to 24. We highly recommend ordering extras. There are always last minute flyers that would want a shirt.

What type of guarantees do you offer on an order? 

If your order contains items that are produced materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will redo those incorrect pieces for you. We will also email you pre-paid shipping labels so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.

Will I get a refund for incorrect prints?

If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. We will email you pre-paid shipping labels and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items.

Is there a charge for plus sizes?
We charge $1 per “x” – for example:

* 2x = $2 extra
* 3x = $3 extra
* and so on

What if I have special instructions for my design? 

We love making your design come to life. Leave any comments during your order or let us know the specifics through our contact form or by email.

PANTONE COLOR CHART

If you cannot find a color on the standard colors chart, you will need a custom pantone color made. These colors are $35 each.
